So my maverick is sitting at a Union Pacific rail junction in Nogales Arizona. It has currently been sitting there for 3 days. I live in KY. Has anyone else’s truck sit there for multiple days without movement. I had the railcar number when it was in Mexico but I don’t have that anymore since it has crossed the border
Just spoke to customer service mine is there also ?!? I have know way to know how long it’s been there, do you have any advice how to track it ? It’s headed to Sacramento, Ca. Good luck on your new ride hope it shows up soon!

I suppose we may be on the same train - I also just spoke with customer service and they confirmed mine was sitting in Nogales, AZ as well. Oddly enough, they said it didn't have a rail car number yet... from what I have seen in other forum posts, I thought the rail car number was assigned when it left the factory in Hermosillo? Do you have a rail car # for yours @Hagzfilmz ?

I think they are just reading from the generated estimate that their their system generated when the truck hit the 'Built' stage.

When I got my email 3 weeks ago that my truck was built, it estimated delivery between Jan 29th - Feb 4th; and when I spoke with the rep this morning, they still 'estimated its arrival between Jan 29th and Feb 4th' which I highly doubt right now lol.

When I know my truck is ready to ship I will notify both U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the DEA to inspect my vehicle for contraband. Can't trust the cartels, ya know,
After I pick mine up I'm going to ask the Security Police at Sheppard to see if they'll let their dog have a sniff. If I explain to them it came from Senora, Mexico I think they might oblige.

Did jrocks1968 get banned? I cant find his profile or any posts in this thread, other than quotes. I finally got my railcar number and have had no luck with the phone system, was hoping he could plug it in for me lol.

Actually another question - When I call the UP phone number and feed the robot my TTGX number, it reads me back a different id starting with UMXU? I feel like it is pulling up a different order than mine... I expected to hear the TTGX one back. The information it gives me for offloading and what not also seems incorrect.

You need to speak really clearly for UP. I also have a TTGX. She understands me about half the time. Entering just the number didn’t work for me.

I was actually using the keypad to enter my number (including the 8849/TTGX), since that would in theory prevent any misinterpretation of how I was saying my number, but maybe I need to try by voice.

The order she read back to me suggested the correct-ish loading/out down (1/30 @ 10:50am, and my tracker updated to Shipped for 1/31), but it says the origin ramp port was Port Laredo, which would not be correct.

I'll give it another try with voice, thanks.

I believe my railcar has arrived at its destination. My UP. update says: “Loaded Actual Placement”.

UP never tells me where the truck is, but Ford Chat says it’s in Mira Loma, which is about 30 miles from my dealer.

Hopefully the truck gets offloaded and delivered soon.

I could never properly understand the origin ramp, but is was “____ Industrial”. Sounded like cue-tah or few-tah industrial. The UP system kinda sucks.

well turns out im an idiot - When the prompt says, "you can use the keypad to enter numbers" I thought it meant enter the entire railcar as numbers (eg: TTGX696667 - enter as 8849 696667) but it really only wanted the numbers and not the alphabetic prefix lol.

Anyway, I tried speaking clearly again and it was able to find my order! I did not get a current location though. The information provided was:

Loaded. Set Out: 2/2/23 @3.51pm
Estimated Arrival 2/8/23 @7pm
Origin Ramp City: Industrial, SO (Sonora, MX)

For anyone else that has gotten this kind of tracking info - is that Estimated Arrival the ETA to the final train yard/junction? or the truck's final destination after being put on a car trailer?

My XLT hybrid was ordered 11/1/21 and shipped 2/1/23. This morning I called Ford Customer Response Center first. They said it was at "Junction Point" and no rail car # had been issued. I then called Ford Marketing Center, the lady said it was at a junction in AZ(I assume Nogales) changing rail companies. She said they were no longer able to give out rail car numbers because the railroads had complained that their employees were being harassed by callers. So obviously callers are not following the instructions in the tracking posts to hang up if you get a live person.
So I am waiting for a response from my sales manager to see if he will give me the #.

I noticed the same thing. He probably deleted his profile. Simple to deduce why. Was very helpful. But back to the much less helpful automated response system

Well the phone system finally gave me a load date and an estimated arrival; just can't figure out how to get the actual junction points its gone through/is currently at. Seems like others are getting a full list of every stop along the way.
