I got in Granger Ford's February deal for Ford's extended warranty. I have been checking FordPass every few days expecting to eventually see the warranty show up in the APP. As of today, still no love with the extended warranty showing up in the FordPass app. However, this morning I opened up correspondence from Budco, the finance company for the warranty payments. Got my online account all set up with my payment plan number which populated my personal info, payment amounts, payment dates and my Maverick's VIN# and ..........wait a minute, something is off......I'll be damned, the VIN# on Budco's correspondence and attached to my online account is incorrect. So no wonder the extended warranty wasn't showing in the Ford App, because it was never going to show (at least not in my app). Of course, I will have to sit on it until Monday as no one was at dealership on a Saturday that could help me. So I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I would assume that at least one other person is in the same boat as my VIN# has to be showing up on someone else's warranty paperwork. Anyone with a similar experience?
