Planning on doing a Maverick meet in Illinois

Planning on a meet for the illinois area and would like to get some input.. would love to do central area so its not far for everyone. And it's a beautiful area to have fun and take great pics. This will be held sometime in May 2024. Was thinking at Starved Rock area (north Utica illinois.) Would like to see a great turn out. Any ideas would be great. Thank you..

Starved Rock works great for me. Nice road trip.

Although this meet up is mentioned as in the spring/early summer and in central Illinois, I did see this event also mentioned.

I haven't noticed much talk about it, though? Would this be in addition to that event?

I'm not in Illinois, but am considering attending Maverickfest, since it appears it may be advertised and organized. I'm hoping sponsors and parts suppliers would be part of it.

If the two were combined, I'd have even more desire to make a road trip and attend.

Haven't seen anything about this or anyone even talking about it so I don't know what it is or nothing no info anywhere.. so no I want to geet a meet together. Putting on a show is just alot of work and time and not have anything together to post. Great idea but there nothing..

Would it be possible to fit in a tour of some of the original Route 66?
