Everyone says Hawaiian Pizza has pineapple. I have eaten pizza in Hawaii and can assure you, it most definitely did NOT have Pineapple on it...

Suggestion...make sure the pineapple is slightly macerated (finely separated) and pan glazed with sweet balsamic vinegar sauce, and you'll all thank me later.
Just apply prior to oven baking...and don't let the mixture be too moist.
Bacon crumbles and not ham...add chicken as desired.
I'll stop...obviously I'm getting hungry.

It's it's own Pizza, do not try to put Pepperoni or sausage and red sauce with it. Just eat it Hawaiian style with Ham or Bacon and the rest of the stuff that goes with that style of pie.
