Ignoring his opinion, which is just that, he writes like a 20 year old blogger.
Or a 30 year-old blogger who lives in his Mom and Dads basement, doesn’t pay rent but says he helps out by buying only food he likes and he ends up eating, and spends his weekends playing video games with “friends” who live hundreds of miles away and he will never meet.

His article did exactly what he intended it to do, create controversy to start debates which leads to clicks, which adds a few extra cents to his bank account.

I have read maybe 4-6 motor biscuit articles and they all seem to be written this same way, no real information, analyzation or investigation. All just controversial opinion in disguise as an automotive article.

I swear some of you dudes go looking around for stuff to be offended by....worse than the snowflake who wrote the article.
So a discussion of a a poorly written article somehow means we are offended by it? And, you are addressing this "problem" you perceive by ... trying to offend people?

Whatever.

You're proving my point, who cares what he said. I'm not trying to offend anyone. You seem hurt.

More than happy with my choice. I really did not want a bed so big that friends and family would be asking to borrow it and me to help move their stuff. The 4.5 foot bed is just right ;) As for fuel economy I am beyond happy. I doubled the MPG I was getting in my Honda Element!
My family can see it has a tri-fold rear cover so it cant possibly hold their Weber grille. DAMN! My bad, but neither can their SUBURBAN, not without taking off the wheels and legs.

I bought an AWD 4 door car that happens to look like a small pickup truck. The bonus will be the extra large trunk area. I plan on installing a bedrug, a Gator SFX trifold cover, and LED strip lighting. Now if they can just build it. Build week is 08/15 . Just a little longer of a wait for my iconic silver beauty.

30 year old blogger watching porn and eating cheetos and wondering why his peter is orange. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pickup Trucks Just Aren’t Actually Practical (motorbiscuit.com)

I found this article this morning. and it hit a few good points regarding pickup trucks.
Sure for some people, trucks are very practical, they are work horses after all. great for hauling and towing. But for most common folks like myself, those trucks are an overkill. they definitely hit the wallet hard at the pump and those damn payments !... I know a few people that have a new or new-ish truck like the f150, Toyota tundra, Ram 1500, (some lifted) and barely use it, if at all, for any hauling and/or towing. they just love the looks and how it makes them feel riding higher than others. To each their own i guess.

After reading through this article... it put a nice smile on my face because i knew i made a great choice on my Maverick.
This truck just checks so many box's on practicality, versatility, affordability and economically at the pump.
I love my Mav in every way, so Hats off to you Ford for a great job. For those still waiting on their orders... it will come.
That article is mostly bs and written by an idiot. Base your actions on your sense and experience. But, the Maverick does come across as a nice compromise for most. I going to have to find ways to hack that small bed.

"Pickup trucks aren't practical."

"Pickup trucks are too easily loaded with stolen merchandise and thus should be outlawed."

Some of these pundits won't be satisfied until we're all lumbering around in station wagons. They've been knocking literally everything else since Jesus Christ was a Private First Class.
People kill plants and produce carbon dioxide and therefore............
