They are. Some companies still sell RHD cars for mail carriers.in the pic I see the little trucks steering wheel on the right.. is it even legal ?
Very little is easy to register in California- I had a Vespa that had been registered since the eighties out of state give me fits. Very quickly shelved my dreams of trying to get one of theseMany of the Kei vehicles can be imported now. I saw tons when I lived in Seattle. I really want a Subaru Sambar or a Nissan Figaro, but I don't think I can import into California. (I haven't looked to closely though)
That is rad. About to buy property in another state so I can register random cars.Very little is easy to register in California- I had a Vespa that had been registered since the eighties out of state give me fits. Very quickly shelved my dreams of trying to get one of these

There's numerous folks with right hand drives in this area in their personal vehicles. Most of them are retired postal workers. They are. Some companies still sell RHD cars for mail carriers.
The hardest part about a RHD is getting used to shifting with your left hand lol. There's numerous folks with right hand drives in this area in their personal vehicles. Most of them are retired postal workers.
Kinda like the old Volkwagen bus, or the econoline of the 60's, the first line of defense in a crash are the drivers shins! Not much of a crumple-zone. Wear knee pads.
They imported it lol. After 25 years they are ok. Some states like SD you can have brand new ones as they are registered as off road vehicles. I had a Mitsubishi but sold it when I bought my bus.

These are used alot in the nursery industry. Not street legal in FL though. They come in on freight to ports and get sold fast here. Far cheaper than a John Deere Gator and easier to repair & get parts. That’ll blow your hair back at 45 HP! I wonder how they got it into the US?
The Rivian's aren't exactly small. I work close to their design headquarters. Get to see the trucks and sometimes the van concepts. I have yet to see the R1S though.Weird, I just saw one of these parked on post during lunch. I was like WTH?
I did pass an 'interesting' small truck this week. Weird looking Rivian. First time I have seen one.
