I'm guessing I'm not alone in terms of looking to see what other hybrid truck options are available in 2024 in the event our hybrid Maverick orders aren't fulfilled in 2023? I'm focused on the mid (e.g., Tacoma, Ridgeline, Frontier, Colorado, etc) to compact (i e., Santa Cruz and Maverick) sized trucks. A Tacoma hybrid seems to be the most likely to appear in the near term, but obviously the internet isn't as accurate as some believe! Anyone else hearing somewhat reliable news on new hybrid trucks (or variations) in 2024? If I don't get my Mav this year, I'll definitely entertain a different hybrid truck in 2024, even if it is a bit more expensive than a Mav. I'll admit I'll also feel burned by Ford so loyalty won't be a strong factor!

I'm guessing they go with the performance tuning instead of efficiency tuning like they did with the tundra hybrid. Because everyone thinks monster power when they hear Toyota hybrid 🙄

Add the upcoming Ridgeline hybrid to the list.
Quick glance on Hondas website shows about $4k upcharge for hybrid at msrp. $40,145 msrp for base gas so $44k plus it's midsized not compact. You can get 2 base xl hybrid mavericks for that price!

Doubt that a Mav hybrid will be available even in XL trim for anywhere near $22k by then.

You can't quite get two XL's for that price. A new one is now $24,190, including the shipping. That's with no options.
