Not sure if I’m the only one losing their mind here but the dealer said they supposedly had my order go through but still no email not giving me too many warm and fuzzies. Anyone else going through this also yes seeing the comment I just got my email makes me sad if anyone was wondering lol

Ask the dealer to provide you the order number from the ROVP system. The dealer should have given a copy of the order with the order number. The order system will take 2 email addresses.

The email will take time, less than a week is not enough time. For my 2022, I did not receive the order email for 3 weeks.

Questions: Did they take ALL required information (name, address, phone, email)? If not, then the order will NOT go through (this has been Ford's requirement). Just sayin'.

They took my license email address and phone
Supposedly everything we needed… I feel like they messed up putting in the order I don’t think we are going to get ours anytime soon

I placed an order yesterday and still waiting on email confirmation. Sales rep said that the office is still trying to push it through but the system was either down or had too much traffic on the server.

They have all my info including my DL and a CC number for the deposit ($500 in my case). I've worked with this dealer in the past, when I used to sell cars for CarMax, and I know they're generally really on top of stuff. I'm just feeling impatient but I'm confident for now it will get in.

For what it's worth, I was at the dealer and ordered Friday am. Received the Ford order confirmation email late Saturday afternoon.

Check with the dealer and see if they entered your correct email. That is what I did and found out they entered .com instead of .net. So.....no joy for me getting that email but still confident they ordered correctly as I have the order #.

Also found out they forgot to include the FX/4 package on my order. LOL. Minor, but annoying issues.

Lots of people didn't get the confirmation email from Ford first go around. It took me a couple of weeks to get mine last time. It was a common complaint on these boards.

That is not true. WBDO is open for ordering on weekends.

I got an email from Ford saying my 2023 was on order. My dealer just reordered my truck without contacting me :rolleyes:

Problem is that the packages have changed and I have told them more than once that I wanted to change my 2023 configuration.

Why go on social media and complain? We are telling you what to do, just say, Thank you and contact the dealer and have them take a screenshot of the ROVP system for your order. That will show YOUR information and email.. Many dealers do not place the customer's email address and use theirs.

Not complaining just answering the questions someone above asked me. The whole reason this post is up is because I’m completely new to this I just wanted to make sure everything I did was sufficient and if there is anything else I can do that I do it in time to possibly still get a maverick.

the issue is that I have done exactely what you said and contacted the dealer asking for all this information and they refused to give me any order info. Which is why this whole process is annoying.

Knowing others are going through the same thing at least makes me worry a little less that I am not getting a maverick at all.
