Oil Life remaining reading issue in Fordpass

Anyone else having this issue? For a week this is the message I get on FordPass about my oil life. It had been working properly for over a month. Any idea how I can I fix it? Oil level is fine.

Sometimes Ford Pass is just down and having glitches..... Try restarting your phone?

I checked mine.... oil life feature is working ok for me.

Just checked and mine is showing the same error. Other readings seem to be fine (tire pressure, mileage to empty).

It’s a random glitch that started happening after the last update. I’m sure they’ll fix it with the next update.

when i uninstalled the app and reinstalled, i got the oil reading back one time.
next time it was back to the "something went wrong".

Working here, but I'm on the last version 4.17.0. One of the reasons I turn off Auto Updates in the Android play store.
Although I did set off my Perimeter Alarm(shut the tailgate after locking the truck,) and have yet to get a notification. So they still need to work on getting that working better.
Edit: Set alarm off again and Was notified by the app. I think it has to alarm for longer than a few seconds.

Mine started doing this today. I live in the US btw, lol. I tried changing the units of measure back to normal in the settings and says an error has occurred. Logged out, deleted the app, reinstalled, logged back in and it’s still doing it. I guess I’ll wait for it to fix itself.

I just checked and mine is working fine. No errors at all.

Home screen shows my OD at 4844 miles with 244 miles to empty.

Tire pressure as 37, 37, 36, 36

Oil Life remaining at 47%

It is version 4.18.0

For everyone getting an error, are you using an iPhone or Android device?

The iOS app was updated about a week ago which agrees with OP's timing.

On my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling FordPass let me see the oil life screen the first time I opened it, then it went back to the same error.

Sounds like a bug in the update indeed.
