Was scheduled and cancelled..Dealer changed my order number during 23 re-order causing me to lose priority over new orders. They refuse to fix it or admit that they screwed my order up. I think there are several other orders like mine at this dealership. If you ordered from them you need to check it out. If you are from the area stay away from these Bastards!

I ordered a my23 XL, carbonized gray FWD ecoboost w/cp360 from Crown Ford in Warren in Sept.. No money down and at MSRP. Already picked up 4 Lariat wheels/tires for it... Now the long wait starts....

If you've seen an area 51 lariat hybrid in the area, it's probably mine.

Got mine through Fred Martin in Austintown last year. Only took about 4 months to get it from order to delivery. But I didn't get 360 or Lux package. So that inadvertently gave me an edge getting mine quick.

I am collecting up the parts to add cruise control to my XL. I am kind of frugal and am looking to see if anyone knows where I might borrow a OBDLink cable since I really don't want to pay $50.00 for something I am going to use for 15 minutes. I thought about checking with auto zone to see if it is something they loan/rent out. Does anyone have any other ideas or has had luck finding a spot to borrow or purchase one at a steep discount?

I'm from Williamsburg Ohio. Ordered mine from Castrucci Milford and didn't have a single issue. They contacted me when production started because ford changed the 4k tow package to AWD only. MY original order was XL FWD, I declined the AWD upgrade. I order mine in July 2021. Sales, parts and service have been pretty good for me. Who is your sales rep?

My salesman wasn’t the problem. The guy who handles the orders was. He read the rollover instructions from Ford wrong, changed my order number and kept me from being assigned a priority 02 like every other scheduled rollover. When I brought it to their attention and told them I knew for a fact that my order number was not to be changed they said I was wrong. They told me not to believe everything I read on the internet, like I was some goddamn idiot! If it wasn’t for Tim the Fordvideoguy I would still be sitting here unscheduled and pissed As I said I don’t blame my salesman but even the sales manager told me I was wrong and they were right. I’m glad you had no issues with them but you weren’t rolled over I’m guessing. I hope I have no further issues with them when it’s time to pick up my truck.

Called the Dealer yesterday. They said it's scheduled for build the week of March 13th. I may have it by the end of April is all goes well.
