Can you post a link to the behind the rear and front seat cargo nets/organizers? Is there an underseat drawer to store the JPX I'll be getting for roadtrips? (about the size of a pistol). Still waiting for Ford to build mine. . .

The rear net was obtained from eBay. Amazon also carries a selection of different sizes. Cost would be less than $15. The mini nets on the doors are from Temu at less the $4.00 for all.

I can suggest several options for your JPX. You probably know that Ford offers combination safes for under the rear seat and in the center console. They are expense. I purchased and installed a similar product from AliExpress for the center console and the price was just under $100, shipping included. If you’re looking for somewhere to secure the item when away from the vehicle, I would suggest a trip to Bass Pro or somewhere similar. I would be looking for a single pistol vault big enough for your JPX, small enough to slide under a seat, and able to be secured to the seat frame with a lock and length of aircraft cable.

The center console might be a good solution. Thanks! I wasn't sure of the size of that part. I'm pretty sure the much-talked-about cubby will be perfect to hold my Emotional Support Pickle, which I will need to learn all these electronics! That is actually why I joined the forum, to learn things before it gets here. Now I'm going down the mod rabbit hole, but the company is great!

I’m now working on personalizing my third Maverick after having lost my first in an accident and trading in my second for my current hybrid XLT.

Good luck with your rescue mission. Hope you can get the hostages out safely and capture the dictator alive! 🖖

I was thinking the same thing, what is OP planning for? Is Tom Cruise hidden somewhere? What on earth is all that gear for? I swear I see cars like this and they always live in the suburb.

I am kinda surprised at the amount of gear you have behind the rear backset. I assume it latches normally? (y)

That is pretty cool. I know subwoofers fit on/near the floor area but I had no idea you could get a few inches' depth of gear much higher as you've done.

Instead of wondering, why not ask? My intent is to be prepared for several potential roadside contingencies including:

  • :Coming upon a major automobile accident where I’m prepared and equipped to render medical aid oending the arrival of professional first responders.
  • Caught in a major multi-car accident where traffic is brought to a standstill for a period measure in hours.
  • I live in an area prone to the impacts of hurricanes and tornados. The possibility of being caught up in a forced evacuation or being blocked from returiing to our home is a possibility.
Who knows what else. As close as I get to being a ‘prepper’ is what I called a go bag. It is nothing more than a small day bag with several space blanket bevy bags, extra space blanket ground clothes, an emergency tube tent, several MRE’s with heating elements, and a water bladder.

Plus playing soldier is fun, I guess. I play motocross racer on the weekend so I guess I can't hate too bad. I'm never scared or worried about any of those scenarios so I suppose I'll never be "prepared" for them.
