Hi guys,

First post here and wanted to know what accessories you’d recommend for protecting the interior with 2 kids.

I have the XLT cloth interior with 2 kids in booster seats. I’m looking for recommendations on aftermarket rear seat covers/protectors and seat-back kick mats or seat covers that are sized correctly without looking too tacky. I’m considering the Ford 4Knines rear seat protector or the Ford factory seat covers but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with them or any other options. Pictures would be a plus!

Thanks in advance!

I have the 4knines seat cover. Still in great condition after four years.

I just found some bath towels and laid them on the bench with the car seats on top. After removing a car seat the last thing I would want to do is have to carefully remove a seat cover, especially one that would require both seats to be removed. The towels were quick to change out by comparison.

I agree with the bath towel! I used ones made for car seats and they left marks on my seats. The bath towel is by far the best option and you already have it at your house.

I will add a third recommendation for ordinary bath towels. They’re convenient, easy to use and inexpensive

+1 for 4Knines seat covers!
I agree.
This should do it with some small alterations for the booster seats. It even has pockets for their toys or Cheerios or bottles. 😂😂

For those without a sense of humor I'm..........joking. Maybe? 🤭

I have something very similar. It's from Ruffrover. I've had it for about a year and it works great for my psycho dog and has a custom fit. The base is a rigid platform type deal and covers the footwells. Great for storage of diaper bags and whatnot. You will have to do some mods to make it work with car seats.

Still a good option for car seats but I take the truck to our local beaches quite often and I think full coverage will be less messy and easier to cleanup. Thanks!

I've looked at few of those options and they may be viable options if I don't like the Ford one for some reason. Much cheaper too!
