Getting weekly updates from Ford about my Maverick. Unfortunately each update is pushing out the scheduled build week by another week. I hope my 2022 will arrive before calendar 2023 gets here. See signature below for time-line.

Pushed out again to week of 11/27. I've been in Auto industry for over 40 years. Never seen such delays for complex molds to make the vehicle parts. Hard to believe such delays this deep into a model year.

I was just pushed to December 5. There is a dealer on u tube that just posted a informative video. It looks like all of the December build date Mavericks will be cancelled soon. Dealers supposedly received notification from 'Big Ford'. I am just the messenger...But here is video:

Well I'll be damned if I didn't just get an email to inform me that my build week is now 10/17. Where will it end? A VIN means a truck in 2022, but Ford is running out of time.

EDIT: Ford Chat yesterday said no change, still 10/17 build week. After surfing related threads, I'm not going to do a happy dance until I see my window sticker. Too many reports of November build weeks.

My order got moved again...Now Dec 19. I called Ford Customer service. The rep confirmed that Dec 19 is just a place holder date, My order is getting moved to 2023. I guess this late in the year...it is probably better to get a 2023. She said @Ford Motor Company is getting things finalized before they start sending official notice via email.

I am still wondering how they are going to make the changes. My VIN has a 'N' character which means year 2022. Maybe I will be getting a new vin?

Ordered Nov 15, converted to a 2023 the second day is was eligible. Just got a build date of Dec 19th!

Ordered an XL hybrid, tow hitch and full-size spare on November 15. Converted to a MY23 received an email last week with a 11/28 build week.

Vin is .....PRA00322.

I checked today and the blend date (whatever that is) is 11/24/22 and it says it is in production.

I was informed that it was going into production on December 19, 2022, THAN I received an update telling me mine is going into production on December12,2022. I actually think they are telling the truth and I am going to get my truck hopefully after the New Year. If there is NO RAIL STRIKE!!!! I am tired of waiting. Just want the truck.

I'm a last day hybrid 2022 order converted to a 2023...still "unscheduled clean" as of Thursday, 12/1/22. Hoping for some good news soon, this is getting real old...
