Southway ford did it to me again. My first order never went in and now I found out they never submitted my new order when the banks opened up. I believe they submitted it but perhaps sold it for the upcharge. I am soo upset! How can they get away with that!

Why in the world would you try again with them after they screwed you over the first time :unsure:

Yeah, this is so bizarre it sounds fake. Dealer doesn't get your order in, then you reorder with same dealer and don't make 100% sure it goes through? Sounds like spam to defame a dealer. If true, not letting the dealer off the hook. But there's a degree of responsibility on consumers to protect themselves too.

How could they sell it for the upcharge when no 23's have been built yet?

If they messed up your first order (assuming that was for a 2022) OK, that happens. But why would you go back to them? Or not stand in front of the desk and wait for the confirmation? I watched the salesperson input my order, he even let me look at the screen to verify the options. I got a confirmation from Ford about 20 minutes later.

Not spam and not trying to make the dealer look bad. I had ordered from them before and also referred many customers to them.

I didn't know I was supposed to receive an email until just recently and I had never received one
