Lived in SATX most of my life and had to lookup Southway Ford. Opposite side of the Metro. To me. After my first choice delayed two weeks to flip my reservation to an order then hit me with 7% salesman fee and a 500 deposit, I started the hunt for a better dealership.
Took only a few hours of back and forth phone calls ( emails and txts actually)
Covid only by appointment in person ruled delayed ordering by 5 days ( holiday weekend) but got MSRP and no salesman fee. Which BlueBonnet Ford honored. 6 months to the day after order.

Hey if ordered a 23' Maverick, got the order confirmation email... then called my dealer and added some upgrades (awd/fx4) should I get another confirmation email?

no, but you should get another order sheet (DORA?) reflecting your changes and the new price (AFAIK)

Yeezus, that's just a screen print from Ford's build and price website. I'm not sure if that dealer is just incompetent or just didn't take you seriously as a customer

Ford gives BBmotors good allocations due to customer satisfaction and volume of orders. I was the fifth order for a Maverick and my Maverick was built ( then stored ) only a few months after order. Was first going to get mine just after EPA numbers populated. But, due to the minor anchor bolt recall delayed till after Christmas.

North side Ford had two white Mavericks last I checked ( they give VINs on website) expect to pay over MSRP however

Not only is that not an official order in any way, but the color of Velocity Blue is no longer offered for the 2023 model year, and the net price of a 2023 Maverick XL with no options is $23,690, not the old 2022 price that you have.

Dealers are not paid to not sell vehicles. Your not in a position to do their job and fix their incompetence. Do business with a different dealer. Texas has more Ford dealers than any other state.

I don't think the dealer gave that to OP. Look at the writing where 2022 is scratched out and replaced with 2023 and compare to that scribbled phone number 210-322-0326- the number 2 is the same style. That phone number does not belong to the dealer using internet search and reverse lookup. The salesmen's card has a different number for the dealership too. There's also a name of Mark Dickey and "inventory" scribbled in lower left corner of page. No way the dealership is going to give 2022 pricing when 2023s are different.

Hate to say it but looks like a scam to me. Guessing OP printed that sheet and stapled salesman's card to it at a different time. Maybe OP is trying to make them look bad for some other reason than not entering orders for them? Of course, I could be wrong, but things aren't adding up here?
