Just got off the phone with Ford customer service or lack there of. Checking status. Have seen posts of orders in same configuration as mine that were placed after mine receiving a vin number and production date no explanation why mine has not moved. Only response was call the dealership.
rhey say it is the copilot but that is bogus. If it was the case how are orders placed after mine with copilot being scheduled?
