Hello y'all,
I was using the search function and I couldn't find anything.
Anyway, back in December we ordered a fully load Maverick and we had to pay a $500 nonrefundable fee.
We are in a urgent need of a car any time between now and next month and we still don't have a build date, which means we are going to cancel our order. However, I was just curious if anyone ever gotten the $500 back or fight with the dealership over this and got it refunded?
I mean the name says it itself, it is nonrefundable, don't get me wrong I understand what that means, but waiting for a Maverick 6 months and longer is not working for our scenario. We and the dealer had the idea the Maverick would have arrived by Summer. And we all know this is not going to happen. And by reading all posts, they will probably add a markup once it is there and earn way more money, so why keeping the $500?
Any advise to get the money back? Or just eat it? ...
Thanks!
