Acquisition fee?

So today I went through to relook at the build of my Maverick and I noticed that there is now something called an acquisition fee I don't remember that being there before are they still going to charge us that if we already have placed our order before that became of thing? And what exactly is that?

In the top right of the screen change it from lease to purchase option and the acquisition fee is not applied.
