My brother has almost 300,000 on his 1997 Ranger! I think the old Rangers are better than the new ones.

I have a 2008 Ranger, everytime I take it to my mechanic for any reason I joke, "Come on, I just need it to last until my Mav gets here!" And everytime my mechanic just laughs at me: "You can't kill a Ranger!" He regularly sees them with 300k miles.

I never understood this scheduling thing with Ford. My Mav Hybrid is scheduled for the build on the week of June 5th. Does that mean I'm okay or not?

A schedule this week would effect production 6 weeks out. Might be just summer plant shutdowns or just an opportunity to recuperate following the 4th of July week. (doesn't affect Hermosillo employees per se, but it might in terms of parts availability for building).
