I'd reply and ask them if they think a 22-24 ecu could be swapped in.

That exactly what I did on my 23 f-150. The problem was a Cobb would more than likely need the ecu.
I had Livernois do mine and they handled it all.

Livernois is working on an unlock last I checked. I didn’t ask but I don’t know if it’s as simple as a swap because of the addition of port injection or not. I would love to find out if it’s that easy though. I’ve been waiting on this unlock for a year now

Livernois told me yesterday they have no eta on the 25s. More sophisticated encryption on the ecu.

If I had a 2025 I'd likely purchase a JB4 right now and then wait to see if/when anyone unlocks the ECU for a reflash.

Livernois has tunes for them now also. Just depends on the specific vehicle for strategy code.
I’m very curious if now they have port injection if you can go full e85. Or if the hpfp will limit it. Stock turbo may be good to go for full e85.

I would avoid 5 Star. Personal experience on multiple vehicles is the power is great, but drivability sucks.

while I respect your firsthand experience, I would also point out that the first tuned mavericks in general and on this site used 5Star and reported no such issues.
