I mean you’re comparing apples to oranges, lots of people would prefer a slide in modular camper to a trailer, ya know the kinda people that don’t need a tiny shower or full kitchen crammed into a tiny space, and would rather cook/shower outdoors. The teardrop you linked is actually 1900 lbs which is over the tow rating for a hybrid maverick anyhow, the scout weighs 600 lbs, but if you know of any products that are actually comparable to the scout and fit a maverick, please post it, people on this forum are likely more interested in hearing about new products available for the mav and less about your personal opinion.
Yeah, I guess shark is in but I do have an opinion. It is only my opinion, but the price for this camper is high for what it is..That was my main point. And there are other smaller trailers with small kitchens and water that are less than that price. I had a NuCamp trailer, they make a few smaller ones.

Still have not figured out that outdoor shower thing after all my years of RV'ing. Last time I checked, nudity is not allowed outdoors LOL.
It sure was in all my years of vannin' 2% style!

Here is a Scout Tuktut with a lot of good upgrades, but of course that just adds to the cost.

Scout campers just released their new model with mavericks in mind, pretty neat, price seems fair considering the market and build quality. Only weighs 600 LBS!!

I saw one I kinda liked where the top part was a "pop-up". And, I'm not looking to live or enjoy these things. I'd just be looking to have a place to sleep while I'm enroute to somewhere or doing something somewhere.
The one time I slept in my Mav was when I put a small tent in the back. Was pretty basic but it worked. If I was with a woman (divorced now for 3 months) it would be a very different situation).
I think I'd like a cap and a pass-through window.

I had one on a Jeep Gladiator, it was a lot of camper for that truck, it would be way to much for a Maverick.

I put an Oru pop up camper on my Maverick, it was still a lot of weight; half as much as a Scout Tuktut, but it worked fine with overload springs.

There was a guy who posted about him having a tuktut on his maverick and raved about it. If you get all the right stuff it should be just fine for it. You need heavier springs, a timbren SES and the air lift 1000.
