You can slightly expand this list with the Go-Lite Boulderback. It is contract made for Bishs's RV by Sunlite. The 2027 model BB will be changing interior layout to the same seen in the current Hopper 2, while the early models are the same as the Sunlite 14THX.z would not exceed the factory recommended weight limits.
Take a look at either the Sunlite 14THX, Coleman 13t or the Modern Buggy Hopper 2. They are all three more or less the same and are small toy haulers with two beds (1fold out tent with a bed and a Murphy bed). Plenty of space to haul all of your gears, motorcycle. etc. and has a wet bath.

Curiously, all of these options have the EXACT same overall length, so they must all be using the same basic chassis. I don't know who the originator of that chassis is, but the first model of these that I saw on the market was the Sunlite.
I like the Hopper 2 the most of these 4 options, because of the Azdel interior and exterior walls. That eliminates worrying about rotting wood in the future. Supposedly Azdel is a pretty good insulator, too. The bathroom is also much bigger. The bathroom door is also a retractable slider, versus a swinging door, so you can still access it even if you have the interior loaded up with toys. I doubt you could do that with the other 3.
While I like the idea of the pop-out tent bed, the reality of it is that it will let in so much noise and heat/cold when open. It also adds 180lbs to the overall weight, so omitting it could almost "pay" for a full tank of fresh water for the same overall weight. The toy I want to put on the inside is a Rush SR1, which will completely take up the inside garage area and most of the GVWR, so any weight dropped would be valuable in my use case. I would still have the difficulty of having to leave that SR1 outside to be able to sleep inside the trailer while on the way to any track days. Anyways, the only model of these 4 that I have seen that can be optioned without the tent bed in the Sunlite, so I might be forced into that model for that reason alone.
Another plus for the Sunlite is that it can be ordered from the factory with a rear ramp door patio kit and rear awning. I have not seen that option for any of the others. That is a huge quality-of-life upgrade for such a small trailer.
