MPG with 4K Tow Package?

Reason I ask is, you've undoubtedly learned a few things in the last 2 years giving you a subconscious more efficient driving technique than 2 years ago. OTOH it would not surprise me if the 25 was a little better. Ford learned a few things too (probably).

BOTH EPA and my average over the first tank, which had about 200 highway miles. My trip home from the dealer showed 41 mpg. Mostly highway.

Latest trip back from the farm with 150lbs of stuff in the back. Cab spoiler and tailgate spoiler installed now and roof racks on

Did trip of 2500 miles. Some mountains, lots of interstate. Averaged 27 per the vehicle calculator. I actually get less around town.

I searched for MPG, Tow Package, etc but couldn't find anything on this issue:
Do Mavericks equipped with the 4K Tow Package like mine get fewer MPG's?

I know the 4K Tow Package includes a different gear ratio so that's why I ask.

I've owned mine now for almost a month and my city driving average is only 19 mpg. No major hills on the way to work and I've been driving like a senior citizen too ha ha.

City driving for a 2.0 in real life, 19 is about right. City is where the hybrids shine. 40-50 is easy in the city with a Hybrid. My wife's 2.0 Escape FWD only got 18.7 in the city.
