So i was on the fence last week or so, loaded XLT or Lariat Eco vs Hybrid. After test driving both decided on the Eco awd Lariat, Bap/4k tow package. It was already in transit, came in early picked it up today. Wife named it firecracker! It stuck! Pleasure driving it home. Already ordered the hard tri-fold, tailgate assist & lettering along with a few inside add ons. Also picked up the 10/100k mile for added peace of mind. Quickest and easiest car buying experience in over 35 years. Traded in my 2019 F150 supercrew I may miss that v8 only time will tell! Glad to join the club! Thanks!

I have had both I drove the EB for 3 years 22 FX4 and loved it and would buy it again, but I only drive about 25miles a day on local roads, could only get 17/20 miles a gal, on highway the EB shines, set the cruse about 2k rpm and have gotten as high as 35/38 mpg. On the other hand, always wanted to try a hybrid vehicle and wanted the options the Lariat has, so I moved up to a 25 Awd hybrid 4ktow black package, have only 1000miles loving it. I will order a Lobo in 3 years and back to the EB, I fill up like every 2 weeks and still have 1/2 to 1/4 tank, so gas mileage is not that important to me.
I think the only big thing is the maintenance the Hybrid runs about 50% eclectic mode so my 1000 miles is really only 500 motors on. I would change the oil every 5k in the EB and use TOP TIER fuel if you're keeping the vehicle long term, don't listen to ford 10k that's for people that lease or only keep a vehicle few years. Good luck it's a good-looking truck.

Congratulations !!! You made excellent choices! Think you will really like the little truck. Might take a short time to adjust from the f150, least it did for me, you'll never look back. The little truck has done well with everything i've thrown at it (hauling, errands, crusing, just everyday life). Enjoy your truck and keep us posted with your mods in making it all just like you want.

Been slowly adding my add-ons, lots of extras to the inside but just got done with my hard tri-fold, tailgate letters and tailgate assist. My interior mats and a few more should be here today. Love driving this firecracker!

Very nice. Isn't it just so satisfying when you add something? No matter how small a mod I do I have to take a drive around the block cuz I just love driving it.

Lookin' good! The red looks like what they used to "candy apple red". I'll bet it's a head turner too.

For those adding the tailgate assist - it shouldn't mean you lose a tie-down point. I made a replacement tie-down for mine.

Works well and clears the new strut and no issues with the cable. Enjoyed making it enough that I keep making more. I have a thread here in the For Sale forum if anyone would like one. Don't lose a tie-down point!
