I am trying to get my MPH to show in the center of the cluster .Currently is is on the left side if the screen and small.
Can I make the switch myself ,wothout using fordscan ?

In my XL, the digital speedometer option is enabled in "MY VIEW" settings. Access that menu using the up/down/menu buttons on the right side of the steering wheel.

Yes, just hit the button on the end of turn signals arm.

Lariats only.

XLT can get that, but it's not automatic. You have to select it.
The button on the stalk ONLY toggles lane keep assist on and off. It does not change your display screen.

On my 23 Lariat is is on the right hand side of the screen next to the analog dial. I have the adaptive cruise control with lane keeping and lane centering. Pressing on the button on the end of the turn signal lever turns the lane centering and lane keeping on and off.
