Mode at Start

Very helpful information on this forum . . . we just got our Mav and are trying to figure this all out for MAX mpg. Is it possible to set the mode (e.g. ECO) so it comes on in this mode so my wife would not have to worry about making the change?

Nope.

Defaults to normal. We find slippery is best. Eco gives us worse than normal. Weird.

 

[Jump Start]

Small economy truck that defaults to economy mode. Nope that makes too much sense.

I was tempted to do the hardware mod. Very clever.

But now 6 months in I have subconscious muscle memory.
I change modes without thinking. Just like putting on the seat belt.
