Mice problem in cabin air filter!!!!!

Peppermint oil mixed with water in a spray bottle. Spray it all over, under hood, behind and under seats in outer wheel wells, in box, everywhere. The HVAC vent is only one of many entrance points into cab, there is also an open vent behind the rear seat. A mouse trap bated with peanut butter under the seat as added insurance. Just don't forget to check on it once in awhile. P.S. spray that cabin filter too! Do it about every 2-3 months.

Ive found out the hard way to not put a loaded trap somewhere you might forget about. Hard on the fingers.

Replacing the Cabin Air Filter


Replace the filter at regular intervals.See Scheduled Maintenance.
The cabin air filter is behind the glove compartment.
To remove the lower glove compartment and access the filter:

1. Open the glove compartment.

1. Press the tab on each side.

1. Fully lower the glove compartment.

1. Pull the glove compartment toward you.
