My air flow is acting up. When I have it on for air to come out of the floor vents it blows to the face. Sometimes it will only blow on defrost and other times it will blow cold air instead of hot. Noticed this after I took it in for recalls. It's a 2022 AWD xl

Sounds like they screwed up a recall software update

Did the tech just reconfigure the HVAC buttons on your dash? I sometime think you need a PhD to configure those buttons.

Also, have you manually checked the vents to make sure he didn't swivel them to the sides, shutting off the air flow? But that doesn't seem like the problem you're describing.

Finally put it in the garage to get this problem checked out, it was giving a ground fault code. Turned out the wiring harness was rubbing behind the dash and rubbed a wire through. Fortunately for me it was covered under my Extended warranty. $140.00 an hour labor would have broke the bank for me. They probably had 4-5 hours of labor on it plus the wiring harness.

Turns out the repair was covered under the 8yr 80,000 mile safety warranty, so there was no deductible to pay.
