A year and a half! Hybrid shows a lifetime 43 MPG, real world is 41. Disappointed with the brake TSB not having any effect, and I also had the airbag recall attended to. Dealer called me when parts were available for both.

It is a great vehicle, fun to drive (except when creeping to a stoplight) and no issues that stopped me from using the truck when I wanted to use it.
Try pushing the low button when in creeping areas. It changes braking significantly. If you forget to turn it off, no harm done but engine braking will soon remind you

P0496 code reappeared yesterday. Slight hesitation and uneven acceleration, more noticeable when engine is cold. Made another appointment at dealer. Hopefully they can figure it out this time. Not a happy camper at 2500 miles of very easy driving.

Well, like all Surveys Says, Steve Harvey would have a field day joking about how people respond.

"that kept you from driving your Maverick ..."

0 times. My Mav has always started and gotten me to point B.

" ... as needed"

Looks like the OP did a bit of word magic with this survey. What is "as needed"?

If I must / need a passenger sideair bag, then no.
If I must / need a dash free of a CEL light (despite Ford saying the CEL is "OK"), then no.
If I must / need 0 recalls, then doesn't everyone have to answer "no" to this survey? (at least '21 and '22 models)

So the wording and meaning of the survey can give Steve Harvey the last laugh.

Even so, 300 people voted and 90% say their Mav hasn't kept them from "needful" driving. The Mav gets and A- on the report ol' card.

Just under 11,000 miles on my 22 EB, 15 months in, and 22,600 miles on the other EB I sold to my brother with almost 15 months of ownership. No major mechanical issues with either vehicle.

So far so good. The 23 Hybrid has about 2,000 miles on it now. The GF used it on a vacation trip recently. It has only been owned 3 weeks this coming Friday. No issues with hers either.

Wes, Any progress on getting the P0496 issue resolved? I have the same issue and suspect the EVAP PURGE SOLENOID.

The dealer confirmed the problem during my last visit, and ordered the parts needed for that and the trailer lights recall. Waiting for the parts to come in. CEL came back on the day after the reset it. Truck has a bit of hesitation when cold, not sure if it's related to the P0496 issue, but I hope that fixes it. They said the code had to do with a hose and solenoid.....Can't remember exactly. I didn't get a copy of the work order yet since it's still open.

No critical issues, but I only have about 3000 miles on it. Some of the recall issues were worrisome enough to keep it idle until they were fixed, though.

Just checking the club's experience so far. Have you had to sideline your Maverick? Or are you Happily driving it every day? Please give a brief description of the issue that sidelined you.

Remember you can change your vote later if things change.
