Definitely not the most ethical dealer around. Making your truck payment until the problem is resolved is something. 🤏**Update ** we are stuck with it . Dealer won’t budge unless we get lawyers involved. The only good thing is they agreed to pay the payments until the issues have been resolved. We were able to drop the car insurance because we never drove it off the lot . All our warranties start when we pick it up . Doesn’t even have plates on it yet . We did find out they sold 2 more after they sold to us . But now they aren’t allowed to sell anymore till problems resolved.
I wouldn't be surprised, if the sales documentation that you signed when you bought the truck, did not contain an arbitration clause.
