Oh man in Belgium!! All those wonderful different beers to choose from!! I certainly enjoyed ever visit to Belgium during my years being stationed in England and Germany!

Yes they’re something else! Chimay is my #1. I’ve been to the Abbaye. As well as Maredsous and Orval. My mother in laws were born and raised in Bastogne and survived the Battle of the Bulge as children.

Oh man that brings back some memories! When I was stationed at Spangdahlem AB in Germany, a bunch of us visited Bastogne and toured the area to get a sense of the Battle of the Bulge. There was a museum there, I don't remember if it was in town or on the outskirts, that this guy put together shortly after the war. He just started grabbing up equipment everywhere he could lay his hands on it. He a 155 used against the Siegfried line's "dragon teeth", uniforms I've never seen before, weapons, death camp stuff, just an amazing place!

We go every time we visit. My father in law is buried in a cemetery acroos the street for the 101st airborne base. And my wife stilll has family in Bastogne.
