Maverick Lariat Hybrid 2024 undercarriage damaged

Hello everyone! I hit a high speed bump yesterday, and it appears it caused some damage to my undercarriage. I have no reference for how the undercarriage SHOULD look. How bad is it?

Hello everyone! I hit a high speed bump yesterday, and it appears it caused some damage to my undercarriage. I have no reference for how the undercarriage SHOULD look. How bad is it?

If you want an exact reference picture. You going to have to provide a little more information. What side the vehicle you were on, where in relation to the doors...ETC.
I may be able to replicated for comparison.
. Example: Backup to where we can see the position on the side of the truck.

Tough to tell. Could be just some clips and a felt panel. Is the check engine light on?

I dont think that should look like that..
Was under mine a few weeks ago, underbody flush..
I did not see any low hanging items..

Looks like it's under the front passenger seat area..
Some items have broken loose...

Darn, that’s what I was afraid of. It seems to be in the center, more or less.

Passenger side I think is where the BECM for the HVB and HVB Pack are located.
Hoses almost look like what runs to the heat exchanger on the exhaust pipe.

Couple phots of that area.

Wow! That's quite the speedbump! It would have to be at least 8" high to make contact, so the max speed over it would be something like 2mph. It looks like you've broken a few plastic clips. Take them off and get new ones from the dealer. Its probably about $50 in parts and who knows how much for labour.

I hit something in the road a few weeks ago.... Did not see till the last minute (was about the sized of a football) ... Was raining, foggy and car coming at me on a rural road. Went bang, bang, bang the entire length of the truck. Had appointment at the dealer about a week later... Asked them to look... all they found that one of the (the said 3) shields had come loose and was hanging and could be ripped off at high speed... The refastened it. Thankfully that was the only damage they saw
