Yes and it cost more money now and was free before ⁉
It was never free. For 2022 the key fob remote start required the XLT or Lariat Luxury package. So for some people it was actually much less expensive on the 2023 models if you wanted remote start but didn't want or need anything else that was part of the the luxury package. For 2023 it could be added as a standalone option which was much more affordable for some people.

Shoot! Sunday night we ran the Texas border from McAllen to El Paso. The temp dropped to the 80s for about 20 minutes before 4am. At midnight in was over 100 and by dawn south of Carlsbad NM it was 106 and 109 before noon.
And I'm complaining about 90 degree's here in South Carolina????? Stay COOL!

Hit 107 here yesterday (Saturday). The Maverick sat in the Sun for several hours - it was toasty inside. I wish I 'd thought about remote starting it. Took about a mile and half to get it to cool it down (GREAT A/C). Mileage only dropped about 10%

As far as I know, the toll road near Austin is the only 85 mph stretch in the USA-
I 10 has sections west of San Antonio and east of El Paso that are 85. I got pulled over once going 65 and got safety warning ticket for driving dangerously slow.

I am enjoying my Ceramic Window Tint here In Texas! Have all but windshield covered. Thinking the 5% Ceramic windshield also would have been worth it's $80(?).
EDIT TO CHANGE REFERENCE TO IR INSTEAD OF UV!!
Ceramic reflects 99% IR (heat!) from entering through windows.

Yesterday we made our run to the coast. From Lake Havasu to mountains outside of San Diego it stayed well over 100. We even had a whole hour over 115. On top of the Glamis Dunes the temp was 119. My wife kept saying it just felt like instant death out there.

I lived in LA back in the early 80's for a year, it never got that hot. Had a friend last year moved from Phoniex to FL, because of the heat. We are from northern Michigan, and this SC heat is more than we are used too :)
People here say we will get used to it????????
Been here for two years, is the weather changing?????

Doing the 5% on my windshield for my Bronco and Maverick. $79

Electric drive quit working at 115 degrees.

Had momentary smell of hot electronics, but thankfully, the AC is still pumping...

Several things not working exactly as they did previously...

Still in traffic, so hopefully all will be back to normal after it cools down-

Is there a 90 MPH speed limit or does LE not ticket that speed?
A few years ago they had a 15-20 mile stretch that was a test section for 90 mph, I don’t know if it ever became permanent.
