I took my Maverick in for a tire that keeps getting low a month ago. They could not find anything wrong with it.
Well I have to take it in tomorrow for the same issue. I get an alert and it was at 27 psi.
Well now since I have been tracking that tire I started on the others. A week ago all tires were 35 psi. The bad tire is 32 psi and now the other 3 are 33 psi.
These are the Pirelles 225/65/17.
I have already purchased new Toyo 245/65/17 open country AT tires because I wanted a better off road tire and better looks.
I was just curious if anybody else is having issues with these tires.

I have the Pirellis 225/65/17 and last month I took it to the dealership due to one of my tires keeps getting low. They could not find a leak. It did it again it went down to 27 psi.
I always put the tires at 35 psi.
Since I started having the issue with the tire I started watching my other 3.
They have went down to 33 psi after I just filled them to 35 psi a week ago.
All these are cold tire pressures.
I have to go back to the dealership tomorrow for that one tire again.
I just purchased Toyo 245/65/17 AT Open Country tires because they will be more aggressive in snow and mud and look better.
I plan on selling my others after tomorrow.

I am wondering if anybody else is having tire issues with the Pirellis.

No problems so far, almost 9,000 miles since November.

Enjoy the Toyos. Running the same for over 7000 miles now.

Yes, same issues you had. Can't wait to toss them for something better. I'll keep filling them untill they die. Front left is worse. Looses 1-2 psi per week. No indications of leak with dish soap.

Check the TPS sensors. Sometimes the o ring leaks.

Yeah I forgot about the TPS o Ring. I will tell dealer to look at that.
When you have to go back a second time for the same tire you would think they would replace the valve stem and TPS o ring. They are cheap to replace.

Well, my front driver's side tire showed 28 lbs going to work and 24 lbs coming home. I spoke too soon. Les Schwab is closed on Sundays. May have to switch them out this week. Since I got the truck the pressures were in the low 40s.

My local dealer found a issue where the factory installed a clip on style weight on the inside of the rim. It was leaking due to this.
The factory could have done this to a lot of trucks. They installed the stick on kind. 🤞🏻.
