MTC driver side splash shield

it was taking forever to upload so I posted to YouTube. Hope this helps
The fact it says driver side right off says this is not related to the undershield of this post.
Which is driver/passenger/front related.

But it at least points out they can get serious on having better nuts/screws on there, and for a shield that isn't removed for any regular need.

Ouch for your elbows/knees on the drive surface! Sacrifice for good video.

I had an oil change done recently, and about 500 miles later the underbody splash shield came loose. It started flapping in the wind at highway speeds and dragging at lower speeds.

I took it back to the oil change shop, and they secured it with a few zip ties. It's holding for now, but I'd really like to put it back the way it was from the factory rather than relying on zip ties.

Can anyone help me identify which OEM screws, clips, retainers, or fasteners are supposed to be holding it in place? I'd like to replace any missing hardware and restore it to like-new condition.

Any part numbers, diagrams, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 23 hybrid. There are 15 screws that hold the cover under the engine. The cover tucks above the front and in the middle back. If it's tucked in correctly, it will hang there by itself with no screws. That makes it easy to reinstall the screws. It's an easy process if done correctly.

Most oil change "technicians" and their managers don't care and the problems don't stop even after pointing them out.
An oil and filter change pays like 0.3 hours, so hardly worth it for an experienced technician to do it unless there's literally no other work. The lube racks at most large dealerships are staffed by entry-level techs that are hourly and who are being scrutinized on ticket times by the foreman so they don't intentionally drag work out.

Suffice it to say, I do all my own basic maintenance and use specialty shops for things I'm not willing to do. I only go to the dealership for warranty repairs.

Thanks! Do some/majority/all of these need to be removed to do the oil change?
