My hybrid will be delivered next week and wanting to know if anyone has purchased the Toptiny cover over the Bakflip or Ford unit? Looks like the Toptiny is half the cost with good reviews.

Thanks

Looks like the same one I bought, Mostplus, a rebranded tinytop.
I hope you find it adequate for the job. I have.
Years ago I had a soft side snap-on style (no Velcro) tonneau cover on my Ford Ranger. Looked great.
Fluffed a little at highway speeds.
Then someone decided to slice it open. Sad thing was, my Ranger didn't have a locking tailgate. They could have open the tailgate and looked inside.
NEVER again I will I own a soft tonneau cover.
All it takes is one idiot with a Knife or a Dollar Store Box Cutter, and they're in and you are stuck with a useless $$$ cover.

Take care and stay secure.

I got the Rough Country hard full bed fold and love it. One man install in less than 30 minutes. Water tight and looks great.

For only 319. That's is a nice looking trip fold cover. Damn looks identical to the extang hard trifold 2.0 for like 1199.99.😎👍

How has it held up so far?

I got it about 3 months ago. It has been perfect. No rain here in Phoenix so I can't comment on water tightness, but when I wash the truck, only minimal drips. Very happy with my Hard Tri-fold(y)

Edit: the other nice thing about this type is NO SIDE RAILS to deal with. Just 4 clamps and it is removed completely

I have the tinytoy / mostplus hard tri-fold tonneau cover. $300-$400
In my opinion, when it rained, it was fairly dry.
Going through a car wash, with the high pressure water and blowers, is another story.
It is definitely not watertight.
I have a small rubbermaid box for things I want to keep dry, but do not want in the cab.
Usually in Nevada and Utah we do not get a lot of rain.
One of the cons is.
It will not fold totally upright like the Bakflip MX4.
If you need to use the full bed, cab height or taller. You have to remove the cover completely.
That involves, folding the panels faward and snapping the panels together by the cab. Loosening the other two front hold down brackets that secure the top to the bed.
Good luck and stay covered.

Did you use silicon putty around the front corners and on that slot on bedrail about 7 inches behind cab to make it not leak?

I got the “tonnopro” hard tri fold from real truck. It’s got 3 aluminum hard pieces but a soft-looking cover for aesthetics. I like it. Plus, it comes off in less than 3 minutes if you need the whole bed.

No I did not. It comes with extra rubber to give it a good seal especially on the tailgait.
