I've had it for about 2 months. Really like it. Still able to haul longer stuff around without taking it completely off. Can only be opened when the tailgate is open. I don't expect any cover to be water tight, it's kept most of the water out in the few rains I've been through.
Although you can lift it at the first seam it won't unlatch, so its pretty secure.

I have the Ford branded version and love it. Plus it can carry up to 400lbs on top of the cover. Plus very minimal water intrusion and only around the tailgate which is not a fault of the tonneau.

Glad to hear that you are happy with it. I am looking at the non "STANCE" model as I want it to be an easy on and off when I need the full bed. Is this cover you bought? thanks!

Yes, I bought the standard cover. Very easy to completely remove when you need full bed access.

Weathertech Alloy Cover. It's not cheap, but I like that the top can be entirely removed, easily.



I haul a MTB on a tailgate pad often, and I do not want a hard tri-fold that covers the rear window, like the Bakflip. I think a lot of people *do* like the cover to stay attached and folded against the rear glass, though.

Buy the most expensive you can afford. I have the Ford banded BAKflip MX4. No leaks so far.

You might be interested on RC hard too tri-fold for $750+tax, i got this, easy installed 30-40mins. And can be remove anytime if you need the full trunk it is low profile like OEM! Im happy with it to put all my junk inside

Then it was installed poorly. Mine only leaks at the tailgate where there are no seals
