Absolutely, same thing mine was doing. Mine has been good but be prepared to leave it with the dealership for a while. Mine was gone for 5 weeks. Good luck.

so LTIS unit means - they replaced your transmission?

does LTIS mean you received a lightly used replacement trans?

LTIS is tech talk for this unit has one or more items that justify shipping unit to Ford for inspection and if tech is wrong with diagnosis and items justifying shipment to Ford are not true then Ford doesn't have to pay for it!!!! resulting in dealer buying unit! From what I read!!!!

I just picked up my 2024 EB last week and on the 2nd day it started to sound like the clicks from the 2nd video you posted. This was at 120 miles. For me it started when it was idling, nice and quiet then all of a sudden it started to make the rattling in the 2nd video exempt less intense clicking. The click pattern is not consistent like the direct injection clicking, maybe just a bit louder. The weird thing was that most people here have this symptoms on cold start while mine can hear it on a warm engine or it's been idling for a long time. Just wondering how it's going for you since you brought it to the dealer.

I had the issue.
Thought this was a hybrid thing?
But not sure.
I had the engine damper replaced.
Took 5 weeks to get all the parts in.
They gave a loner car (not a truck) for 5 weeks but at least I could get around.

The noise isn't loud enough yet to be picked up by my camera, but if I pay attention I can hear it and sometimes can feel it under my feet if I put it in the correct spot on the floormat, but it does make the exact same clicking/ticking/rattling pattern.

I thought it was a hybrid thing too since all the videos and problems are coming from hybrids. Now my EB is making that noise too.

So for you it was the engine damper? I thought the engine damper just holds the engine in place while damping the vibration/movement, weird. Has the sound came back?
