2024 XLT with hard plastic modular bed liner.
So I realized I never really shared my LED bed light install. I realized that the the modular hard plastic bed liner is like a giant Lego set. I installed TecNiq E45 light strips similar to what we have installed in compartments of our fire trucks/ambulances. I went with 25 inch bars but could have got away with the longer one. I installed them below the area where the cargo management bar would be installed in case I get system at some point. But I took the sides of the bed liner out and mounted the strips. I placed the deutsch style connector in a spot that there was a grommet behind the bed liner that the connector fit through so if for some reason I would need to repair something I can just unplug the connector. My plan is to go back and wire the bed lights into the factory switch in the bed of my truck and eliminate the separate switch for the bed lights. Photos are a little out of order.
