Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

If we continue to follow the trend of 10-13k Mavericks built a month with less than 40k in the USOB, for simplicity-sake, most who ordered through November (assuming minimal constraints) should have their trucks scheduled AND built by the end of April, or just scheduled (with a possible May/June build date)?

12-13K Mavericks built a month is not reasonable as it has never happened before.

Also at least 1K-2K new orders are constantly being added monthly.

From last weeks report:

They got 792 new order within a week.

Several sources have cited them doing 13k/month the last two months. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but since the numbers are only showing unscheduled orders, it doesn't account for any that were scheduled and no longer in this list from week-to-week.

So in theory the math looks like this?
- This week shows 38,660 and last week shows 38,242, a difference of 418 orders.
- If they scheduled 500 orders between weeks, that number goes down to 37,742.
- To to arrive at this week's number of 38,660 it would then mean 918 new orders rather than the 418 difference.

Remember too that while they can build the number per month, they're constrained by, well, constraints, and allocations. Some folks are still going to be waiting months for their dealer to have an allocation for their specific configuration (especially if the dealer had a lot of rollovers).

I heard a new one on Facebook yesterday. A person said they were trying to order a Maverick last week, and the dealer told them they were trying to resolve a "commodity issue" and could not take their order until it was resolved, hopefully within a week.
The only thing I could think this meant was that the dealer was waiting to get another allocation before taking another order from her. Any other possible interpretation?

4 months to the day from placing the order to sitting in my garage for a 2024. I ordered with mud flaps. No big deal.

I would agree with "most" but some people will be bitten by low dealer allocation.

Also, you need to keep in mind the difference between US order banks and and total factory production. About 15% of the factory production will be sold outside the US. So if they make 13K, only 11K will go towards the US order bank.
