I'm not salty with the unscheduled folks that got scheduled, not even with those that have a brand new order and got scheduled ahead of those with a year or more of wait time.
I'm actually happy for them. I want us all to get our trucks and all of them to be glitch free.
I am frustrated with Fords lack of communication.
If they would have told us a few weeks earlier that they couldn't make all the Mavericks they had given vins to people like myself could have reordered while the window was open.
Would have saved a lot of grief.
If they are going to move us all to a placeholder date of some sort, which is what I expect the 12/19 and now 1/9 weeks are, just tell us.
Sometimes things go wrong, thats a fact of life.
When it does, own it.
Admit something went wrong, and tell those effected what you are going to do to make it right.
Watching my order get put on the back burner while others move ahead is frustrating.
My frustration is mostly with Fords lack of communication, both to us and to the dealerships.
