Yea and probably some one has done it on a bicycle. Big woop! Did you hose it down after?I mean... I've done it in a Prius V and a Crosstrek, but I'd sure prefer to do it in something with a bed.
Which... actually...is a true statement for many, many definitions of "done it"...
Try doing it in the "rear seat" of a Ranger. ( not the new ones)I mean... I've done it in a Prius V and a Crosstrek, but I'd sure prefer to do it in something with a bed.

Don't take the guys manly truck experience from him...Very nice. Honestly though, only counts as truck stuff when you get bulk mulch/soil, not the bagged stuff. That is hatchback/SUV stuff.![]()
My record was 16 big bags of dirt.I dunno how many bags that is, but my record was over 10.
In what vehicle? I was answering a question about this one:My record was 16 big bags of dirt.
When I haul loose dirty stuff (soil, mulch, etc) I line the box with an old tarp. Keeps it cleaner and I don't have to wash it out - just yank out the tarp and shake it....That’s my only excuse for buying it. Mulch hauling.
that's another screw deal these days all those different sizes of rims and tires not to mention the slightly different bolt circles,I remember trying to find something that could use a set of aluminum "trx" rims off a mustang(15.5-390mm) finally scrapped them couldn't find tires to use on them, same deal with Mopar products jeep aluminum wheels wouldn't work on a newer Dakota, very pointless difference, back in the day you could swap 6 and eight lug wheels among the big three.I dunno, I sure miss my GSW (Golf Sportwagen) S - 2016 1.8T gasser EPA rated 25/36 MPG with a 5 speed stick. Yup 5 in 2016. Tall gears, hit 60mph in 2nd. Lifetime actual MPG for me was 38.40. Not diesel. Fit tons of gear and drove sporty and had cheap sized 15" tires!
Camping, climbing and SUPs gear all fit inside:

had 16 bags of plays and on mine yesterday didn't even know it was on their, hauled firewood on it all winter, love the little bugger. That’s my only excuse for buying it. Mulch hauling.
I've done bulk mulch once (in an F-150) and IMHO bags are better for the typical suburban homeowner. Bags are just so much easier to move and position around the yard.I had 20 in mine and was able to close the cover over them. Last year I did 40 in a load but that blocked the rear window completely. Lowe's is 2 miles away, HD 1.5 miles away so 2 trips worked for me plus I could drop them in the 2 areas I needed ans not need to count how many I dropped in each. Plus I got to drive my Maverick twice as much. I checked the local bulk mulch retailer. They sell minimum 3 yards at a time and 1 loading of that mulch. Cost? $135 and I dare someone to post a picture of 3 yards of mulch in a Maverick.
