I kept an accurate record of every gas purchase the first year I had my 24 XLT 2.0 eco. It delivered 24.2 mpg on a combination of interstate, rural roads and city driving, 9000+ miles. Compared to my 2011 legacy Ranger I had for 14 years that gave me 17 mpg I'm happy with the Maverick
I ordered a POSSPO Jupiter off Amazon a year and a half ago. Works fine, I'm very happy with it. Attached it under the cigarette lighter receptacle with velcro and braced it with part of a pool noodle
After 2 years and 18,000 miles here's what I like and what I don't
LIKES:
Design, looks like a truck
Fun to drive, stays flat in turns
Good 360 degree visibility
Park anywhere
Electric seat
Big knobs for heat and sound
Light in bed
Door pulls
Heated steering wheel
Heater warms up quickly...

I agree. Virtually every used car I have bought over the years, the first thing I did was to replace whatever tires were on the car with Michelins. I figured it was cheap insurance. Never had a problem.
I don't it's a battery problem with mine either because the headlights were just as bright and it started right up with a simple jump start. ( no charging). Will contact dealer today.
