Had the wiring harness replaced per TSB 22-2340 about a week ago. I have been receiving the “deep sleep” notifications daily ever since. Remote lock, unlock, and start via the iPhone app won’t work. Also, the passenger side intelligent lock and unlock functionality is gone. Calling my service department tomorrow.

Anyone else have these issues? Any advice? Were they able to find the issue?

if you're only making short drives the 12v battery may not be getting fully charged
personally I'll put a charger on it if getting that message and if it persists visit the service dept.

Actually, as it turns out, the 12v battery was overcharged and therefore detected by the system as being low. Service guy replaced it and no notifications so far 🤞
