Had the wiring harness replaced per TSB 22-2340 about a week ago. I have been receiving the “deep sleep” notifications daily ever since. Remote lock, unlock, and start via the iPhone app won’t work. Also, the passenger side intelligent lock and unlock functionality is gone. Calling my service department tomorrow.
Anyone else have these issues? Any advice? Were they able to find the issue?
