Seriously though if you did buy an interior protection package take a look at what you bought, some are just overcharging for a ScotchGard spray, some are actual insurance against interior damages where the spray is included so they don't have to pay out for petty spills and smears. It's probably still overpriced in general for the odds of this happening to you, but if you let that one slip by that day in the "finance" office, take advantage of it.

This could actually be covered by insurance. A friend of mine had a dog chew up their front bumper cover and fender and the insurance paid for the repairs.

I grew up with many dogs and never had any do anything like this.
For everyone's safety, especially a large dog (looks like it was one) a metal carrier should have been used..
It would be (-$$$) to look for a boneyard interior (since a lot of boneyard Mav's have been rearended) and the other 95% of the truck are in like-new shape..

I would take the dog down to the Vet to be neutered a second and a third time.

We took a suddenly non-functional cat to the vet a week ago.

As my wife expected, it needed an enema . . .

$480 later . . . (but $280 was for the X-ray that I can't unsee).

Anyway, it was a "leave him here, and we'll give him as many as it takes."

Maybe take the dog in, and slip the vet tech a $100 with a whispered, ("make sure it's at least six!")

You know, once those drug dogs are trained, it is hard to turn them off when they smell a score.
