Found this sitting in the bed this morning. Won't snap back in. Left side is still in snug. What's it called? Tailgate bumper? Probably just needs a new trim clip for a few bucks. Fix myself or drive all the way to the dealer to have them fix it ""just because?

Just glue the part back on with silicone or some other adhesive. Why waist your time going to the dealer for that. You can probably get the clip from Ford later and remove the tail lamp to get behind it if it doesn't snap in from the bedside.

No need for the dealer, that looks like a reusable plastic rivet. If so, you should be able to push that center pin back out, then insert in the hole and press the pin in until the first click which will spread the three fingers, locking it in the hole. If you push the pin in further, the way it is in your picture, it lets the three fingers back together so you can remove it from the hole. Hope that makes sense.

Seem like mine is not sturdy on the right side also. After the tailgate is opened/closed a few times, the "bumper block/tailgate bumper" on the right would be turned about 90 degree.

^^ This. Or something like it. I backed the rivet completely out of the bumper and reset it. I never got two separate clicks like you suggested, but when I pushed it back through there was a definite click when it popped back into place and it stayed nice and snug like the other one. Must not have been in properly to begin with. Thanks @Ford Motor Company, but looks like I'm all set for now!
