Something got caught under the pad or a contaminated pad on the one rotor . The others are severely rust pitted from probably sitting around on a dealers lot for a while in damp conditions.

How many miles are on the vehicle, and did you buy it new ? Upon further inspection of your rotor pictures, I would say that someone turned these rotors and did a really crappy job.

Rule of thumb:
👍

Drag your fingernail across the surface.
If it catches, have your brakes looked at.

If not, it's just superficial and keep on truckin'.

Could also just be dirt and surface rust.

Try this: in a safe place, get up to 25 or 30 MPH. Put truck in neutral. Look behind you. If clear. Brake hard. Repeat 3 or 4 times and re-inspect. Many times that's all you'll need to polish clean the rotors. If that doesn't change anything; have your brakes looked at.

Hybrids (and EV's) are so gentle on the brake pads that many times the rotors don't get polished. The motors are doing most of the stopping effort.

HAS to be in neutral to block the motors from slowing you down, and force the brake pads to polish your rotors.

The second picture is the only one that looks good my friend. (ignore the surface rust)
The other rotors show obvious signs of wear and I suspect that your brake pads are down to the rivets.
Please have a mechanic look at it, my friend.

Naw. Don't prematurely jump to conclusions. In wet climates like Florida or Hawaii that is a pretty typical look on a hybrid or EV.

Do the brake while in Neutral test. And report back. Thanks!

If your pads are completely gone and you have metal hitting the rotors you will hear a hell of a grinding noise. Roll the windows down and roll up to a stop sign with the brakes on and listen. I agree with Mavster, looks like lack of use, which is common in a hybrid. I would be surprised if your pads are worn out. ✌

Another thing that you can try, if there is something stuck between pad and rotor, is to find a wide open space, maybe a large open parking lot and then get up to speed in reverse and then hit the brakes moderately hard, then stop and repeat.
if something is stuck it may come loose in reverse.
Afterwards repeat the same going forward and see if the line polishes out or is diminished

What makes you think someone resurfaced the rotors? I’m not seeing anything in these images that would indicate resurfacing.
