Infotainment Dies and Bootloops

2023 XL, Infotainment either doesn't turn on or dies randomly during drive. Can get the infotainment to turn on mashing the power button but boot loops. None of the steering wheel controls work at this time either. Backup camera also does not work but the warning sound comes on. Anyone else have this issue?

Not quite the same but my camera has just not turned on before resulting in a warning message. It stutters all the time. And recently my stereo/display has frozen and become unresponsive.

I hope ford get it fix soon, my radio make beep sound every time now when I open the back door and sometime the front door, I have apple car play completely freeze up. The camera take 2 to 5 seconds to appear on my screen when aready backing up. Then on Bluetooth some icon go away. And It hang up on music name not play it but a different song.. that what I see so far, maybe more will come..

Audio module is probably bad. if you're under 36k miles bumper to bumper will cover it.

Issue is that it comes and goes and would have to leave at dealer to check with no loaners.

I would get it replaced for free within the 36k one way or another, or else you'll be paying to replace it later.

Hello, my 2023 XLT is starting to do the same thing. It's happened twice now. Called the Dealer and have an appointment to get it looked at on March 4th ( first available) anyway guess we will find out what is going on. It just started doing this. Good luck

Have you tried doing a hard reset? Pressing the power button and FF button at the same time to force it to reboot?

Only gets it to bootloop faster.

drive it in that state to the dealership and do not turn off the truck. have a service advisor come see it.
