Half or more of the hybrid orders taken will not be built this year. So odds are about 50:50 that you will get one at all some time this year or have to reorder in September for a 24 model. Good luck! Looks like a similar build to my order.

Agreed...they took about 26,000 more Hybrid orders than they can fill in 2023.
You may want to add Co-Pilot Assist to your order while waiting to see if you are one of the lucky ones, as it isn't a constraint and it was separated out from the old Lariat Lux package. I'm at day 452 for my order, and it is finally in production.

since the order banks opened on 9/15, your order on 9/20 is considered a late order (just like mine on 9/19) Sorry to say but your chances are slim on getting it this year (I could be wrong), but that is the general consensus around here. Please read the hundreds of posts on this forum and make your own best guess. I wish you best of luck on your new Maverick!

As always, your mileage may vary. Seeing mine is an XL hybrid with a hitch receiver (all three being a constraint when I got my current VIN and build date) I'm amazed I didn't get pushed back.

I re-ordered a hybrid 9/17 (confirmed at 10:29am, dealership priority 13) which was a roll-over from my 2021 order. That means today (1/18/23) is day 429 for me with no end in sight. Should Ford actually build my Maverick, it will be the seventh in a row Ford vehicle we have purchased. If they don't build it, the streak ends at 6... In Business classes they'd remark it was easier to keep a customer than start all over again, but I guess that doesn't fit into their equation.

What did your salesman say?
For reference, my salesman said "about 8 weeks", that was 15 months ago. I should receive it next month.

Things were different then, the dealer should have a lot better idea now. I got some very good information from the 'Ford Video Guy',

One thing in your and the original posters favor is that a Lariat Lux is a high trim level with more margin for Ford so you are likely to be scheduled before a lower margin order.

Only way to maybe help is know priority code and size of dealer.

Overall assume it's a 50/50 of being built at all. The day you ordered is irrelevant. Decide if you really want a hybrid, or just a Maverick. Decide if you need one this year. Consider changing to an Ecoboost.
