I'm back. Picked up a 2025 EG AWD Hybrid.

After a Major fail buying a EG 25 at a local Chicago area (Carol Stream) dealership, I went to Indiana and bought a much more loaded one for only $1,000 more. First Maverick was an Eruption green FWD hybrid with only a trailer hitch. Dealer gave $1,600 off for the employee pricing, then refused to sell it without $5,600 minimum worthless add ons. $28,712 sales price. I walked.

Today, I went to get another one in Lafayette In. For $29,795 ($1,083 more) I picked a Hybrid with AWD, 4K TOW, SIBL, and CP360. $4,255 in options. Then used my Ford points for another $410 off.

Needless to say, I am pretty happy. The 2025 has so many improvements over the 2023. BTW, they had a EG Tremor in the showroom.

I can't believe they are still trying to pull that crap. After buying Mavs #1 & #2 there, they made it clear they were not interested in any more A/Z-Plan sales, so my current one came from a dealer in Rochester MN.

Ordered wheels and tires for it. Couldn't decide on black or bronze for the wheels, so I ordered wheels with both colors.

Then I ordered the same 235/65/18 Crossmax CHTS1 tires I had on my 23. Great tires, and on sale! Can't beat them at this price.

Then some Tremor orange tailgate letters and some seat covers, since my Malinois ate the bottom cover of my Mabett set.

Will be reusing my trifold Tonneau and window visors off my 23. Actually, a lot more items will be reused.

Congratulations on finding a deal! That is almost exactly my "thinking man's" build; XL hybrid AWD 4K tow.

My other is a Lariat lux hybrid AWD 4K tow plus moonroof. But the $7,000 price difference will buy enough gas to drive the vehicle over 60,000 miles.

Have been all over in the past few weeks to find an XL Hybrid with 4k package. The least expensive one I was able to find was $ 30530.00 and that was a white one without BISL. Was willing to travel up to 1400 miles from Texas. Hope to be lucky one of these days to find one below 30k Love that color. Let me know in case you come across another great deal.

I haven't drove rideshare since October. But may start part time again. The Flex was great for rideshare, just thirsty.

Saw it online. Asked the dealer what the bottom line price was with no add ons. Got $1,700 off for employee discount, and they found a $750 rebate in my name. That brought it down to $29,795. Then I used $410 in Ford points I had off the total.

Thank you. Thats what I am seeing as well is about 1500-1700 off MSRP. But the other add ons just kill then. Again, congratulations to a great truck at a great price.

Looks like the Tufskinz (Ford Accessory) Tremor Orange letters are a perfect match for the bronze wheels. Happy about that, as I wanted the letters to match the wheels.
